    “Whu—?”

He didn’t see what was so funny,
and he chewed slowly while staring
at her through narrowed eyes. As
much as he hated to admit it, he
found the fast food to be very
addicting. It was unfortunate that
they weren’t as ‘fast’ as their name
suggested. 

Ronan finally swallowed, sipping the
soda before setting it down on the 
holder beside his leg.

    “What do you find so amusing,
     Jack?”

“You, duh.”

Rolling her eyes and biting her thumb before
prying away a salty piece of bacon  from  one
of her burgers. 

“You  shouldn’t  talk   while
 eating,   you   sound    like
 such a dork. With it  being
 cute and all it’s also funny.”

She paused.

“Because you sound like the complete opposite
 of yourself, less intimidating.”
