“There is a first time for everything,
 after all.” 

He kept his pace, which allowed him
to keep up with her and avoid getting
lost in the crowd. Which seemed a bit
impossible, given his height. There
were a few characters who thought that
he looked strange, and stared openly 
at him, even after he’d passed. 

"What government my people possess
 is not the focus of our agreement. The
 Orb is.”

Ronan paused, reviewing the location
Korath the Pursuer had mentioned during
one of their holographic messages. 

"A human from Earth was last in possession
 of the Orb. But he seems to be in league
 with the Ravagers, which makes his exact
 location difficult to pinpoint.”

                                                          "Ravagers? Sounds like a Mercenary band." 

         She listened to him, fiddled around in her pocket once more before giving up. She’d have to wire her omnitool device later on or so before being able to use it to track coordinates. Odd looks were noticed but she wasn’t sure whether it was due to her excessive amount of tattoos or his unusual height and large frame. Compared to the other males around he stood out–and poor Jack was about a foot and a half shorter than he. Upon ascending to the docking bay she quickly passed a few people and beckoned him onward, maneuvering around security officers so that they may avoid any confrontation about Ronan’s odd behavior. 

                                                           "Look, if I’m going to help you out I need to know. Someone’s going to kick your ass and you’re going to wonder as you die without the orb, ‘Man I wish I brought that cute tattoo woman with me’ but nope, I won’t go unless you’re honest Big Guy. What is your sole purpose with this orb, is this human jerk-off going to use it for some weird voodoo stuff and who the hell is it?”
